When sharyar khan spoke about the relations b/w inzamam and woolmer, and how they did not used to go well together,
shows the inept and inapporpriate atitude of our Beaurucrats and government employees.
It may not be wrong to say that our Beaurucracy is responsible of what has happened in pakistan - the major issues, the formation of the government and all the other things that affect pakistani directly or indirectly - Beaurucracy is majorly responsible for it -
The statement of sharyar khan, the ex-ceo of pcb and an ex ambassador of pakistan - mentioning the not so good relations b/w inzamam and woolmer - came at a very wrong time -
what was the reason of such an statement ? and that too at a time when the team was facing all such problems and issues ?
the statement was not a timely one -
and if the coach and captain did not use to go well together, than why he in the first place did not try to resolve the issues ?
and even if the differences existed , then he was not good enought to remain as the chairman of the board - if he was unable to resolve the issues b/w them
and then tauqir zia-
Though the resignation of Naseem Ashraf is rejected by the President of Pakistan but
At times the name of Tauqir Zia was coined as the new chairman of the pcb.
We as a nation has a short lived memory and the table is turning round.
Tauqir Zia was the chairman of the cricket board in 1999 when Pakistan lost in the final of the worldcup 99 and again in 2003 when we exit the worldcup in the first round.
He met the same fate, coming under lot of crticism from the media and the nation when pakistani exited the worldcup in 2003, and now this time he has come on the media critisizing the team and the board.
What right does he have to do so ? when under his tenure pakistan lost the final in the worldcup 99 and again exited from the first round in 2003 ?
He is at the same scale level as the other board official and chairmen when it comes to defeat in the worldcup. So his comments should not be taken any seriously.
His only achievement can be the development of much needed cricket grounds in the country.
