All banks prohibit customer and visitors from using mobile phone within the bank premises. However, they do not prohibit their staff and employees from using the mobile phone within their premises, and they are often seen talking or messaging on the mobile phone.
Same is the case with money changers.
It is observed that the mojority of cash snatching cases after coming out of bank or money changer are somehow linked with insider information.
Statebank should look after the issue and prohibit staff and employees of the bank and exchange companies from using the mobile phone with in the premises.
