Pakistan cricket board should take a lesson from Australain Cricket Board.

They dropped the player andrew symonds from their cricket team, as he did not attend an important team meeting and went fishing and in the end he had to pay the price for not attending the meeting by being dropped from the team.

Though symonds in an important player of the australian cricket team, but the board and the selectors did not think twice to take the action.

Where as in Pakistan, Shoaib Akhter have flouted the rules and code of conduct on various occassion but still he manages to be back in to the team, on top of if he still remains injury struck and has spent most of his career sitting out due to injury, the rest sitting out or being dropped for breach of discpline. So it would not be wrong to say that Shoaib Akhter might have played only 30% of his career while the rest has been wasted either due to injury or displinary actions.

Shoaib seems to be very well connected as he survived his career during the musharraf era and now again surviving in the PPP era.

Now the only thing saving him might be Mr. George Bush, president of America ?
Is he well connected to the President of USA ? :S ?
